Requesting support
Provide the unit or project identity, observed issue, operating context and available photos or diagnostic information. Do not open equipment, alter calibration or send passwords unless AccuTouch has provided an approved service instruction.
Application-specific coverage
Coverage can differ between standard instruments, gauging tooling, software, third-party components and customized automation. No website statement extends or replaces the written warranty supplied for the order.
