Many AccuTouch products are configured or manufactured for a specific measurement application, so cancellation and return eligibility must be confirmed for the individual order.
Before dispatch
Contact AccuTouch immediately if an order needs to change or be cancelled. The applicable written quotation or order acknowledgement determines whether work already completed, procured material or configuration activity is chargeable.
Returns
Do not return a product without written authorization and return instructions from AccuTouch. Eligibility, inspection, freight responsibility and any remedy depend on the supplied product, condition, configuration and agreed commercial terms.
